This 16pc set includes 15 blunt "filter" tips, each with a unique design, and 1 blunt tube rolling tool. Simply place the 'filter' tip and the rolling tool side by side in the blunt paper and roll it/seal it.  Then pull the rolling tool out leaving the "filter" tip in place and you have a blunt tube.
